With over 30 years of combined experience and team work, JUKEBOX has evolved from a long history of “spinning the vinyl”.  Allen and Colin hosted “Cornflakes and Coffee” every Saturday and Sunday for two and a half years from 6.00 to 9.00am.  Allen has had experience in the armed forces radio on board HMAS Melbourne and HMAS Sydney (the old flat tops), and as a radio DJ in Sydney recording shows for our forces in Vietnam.  Before “live radio” they performed at Discos, Parties, Weddings etc, resulting in the birth of “Weowna Disco Company, so named because they always wanted to own their own disco company. 

Colin produces the JUKEBOX program, meticulously choosing the right song to suit the mood.  JUKEBOX has won 14 “Bogies” (in house awards) for excellence in production, due mainly to Colin’s vast knowledge of music.  In August 2005, the JUKEBOX celebrated 10 years on Shoalhaven FM.  The guys have played around 43,000 songs in that time.  They always wanted to offer a show that’s a little different from other stations’ JUKEBOX programs, so it was decided to make it just like a real jukebox.  Your favourite song is in there, you just don’t know when it’s coming up.
